Raiding the Scots should have been a forgone conclusion, but Paddy's pride blinkered him to the task at hand. In duelling with the wily Fraser, the Irishman took his eyes off the prize and the Scots were able to out-flank the Irish warriors and doubled levy over to the Irish camp for a single victory point, but one was all that was needed.
Paddy Spoke... 'Tis a sad day to be sure, me crock-o-gold was t'ieved so it was.'
